1. General Terms
Welcome to takaking. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the takaking platform. By using this website, mobile application, or any related service ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
The takaking platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform. We reserve the right to verify your age at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.
2.2 Personal Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Each individual may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being terminated and any balance held being forfeited.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
takaking primarily provides services for players in Bangladesh. The platform should not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
3. Account Management
3.1 Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your takaking account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. You will be fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
takaking currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds should be used for gaming purposes only.
We will verify that the payment account used is registered in the name of the registered user. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of submission. However, this time may vary due to technical or other reasons.
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit, unless the support team approves an alternative in special circumstances.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
takaking is committed to preventing money laundering and illegal financial activities. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transaction and may notify the relevant authorities if required. Using the takaking platform as a channel for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the bonus will be capped at ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal becomes possible. Different games may contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates.
5.3 Other Promotions
takaking may from time to time introduce various special offers, tournament bonuses, or seasonal promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on that specific offer's page. Where the terms of a special promotion conflict with the general terms, the special terms will apply.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If there is suspicion of abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity relating to the bonus system, takaking reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on takaking are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The games available on our platform are developed by trusted game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and are independently tested.
6.2 Game Error Policy
If a technical error causes an abnormal game result, takaking reserves the right to void the bets for that round and refund the amount wagered. If you notice any abnormal game behaviour, please report it to support immediately.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly stated in the game lobby. takaking reserves the right to change betting limits for specific games or accounts.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takaking platform:
- Registering an account using false or misleading information.
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Circumventing or abusing the bonus or promotion system.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and the balance held may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the takaking platform — including logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of takaking or its authorised partners. Copying, distributing, publishing, or reusing any part of these materials without written permission is prohibited.
The intellectual property of game software and content belongs to the respective game providers and their own terms and conditions apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
The takaking platform provides services on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any disruption to service caused by technical errors, internet outages, or any other reason.
takaking accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss in a game due to your internet connection being disconnected.
- Any loss or damage resulting from third-party actions.
- Problems arising from sharing your account details with others.
- Service disruption due to external causes (cyber attacks, natural disasters).
In any circumstance, takaking's maximum liability will be limited to the balance held in your account at that time.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.2 Closure at takaking's Discretion
takaking may temporarily or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between takaking and the user, and replace any prior oral or written understanding.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver Policy
If takaking does not exercise any right on a specific occasion, that will not be considered a permanent waiver of that right.
